This Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from the 100% Picual olive variety which is well balanced, with a good strength, low acidity and has the fruity aroma of leaves, tomato and fresh grass. Its intense flavour is peppery with a slightly spicy finish. This Spanish Olive Oil has Protected Designation of Origin quality status, and is from Sierra de Cazorla, Jaen, in southern Spain.
