La Peral Blue Cheese, mini wheel, ±800g

La Peral Blue Cheese is a pasteurized lightly blue, delicious cheese from Northern Spain. Known as Queso Azul Asturiano, this cheese is aged for 30 days, to the point where the blue begins to develop. Similar to Gorgonzola, crumbly body and smooth texture. It has a nice olive flavour and pungent aroma. Best served on a cheese board, paired with a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon or Sherry wines.
