This acorn-fed Iberico panceta is made exclusively from high quality free-range Iberico breed pigs, which are characterized by a high level of fat infiltration and fed on a diet based on roots, grass and acorns. In contrast with other pancetta in the market, this iberian bacon has no added water.

It can be sliced and fried or chopped and added to soups and stews.
