Acorn-fed 100% Iberico Ham Leg

Our 100% Iberico Bellota Hams come from free-range Iberian pigs reared and fed in the authentic, natural setting of the meadows of Extremadura. The Acorn-fed 100% Iberico Ham Leg is cured in natural dryers in the famous town of Badajoz, in the Extremadura province, where their unique flavour and texture are developed. 

• Keep between 5ºC and 22ºC.

• If not consumed straight away, it should be stored hanging in a cool, dry environment.

• Best enjoyed at room temperature.

• After opening, cover it with its own fat to prevent the meat from being exposed to the air.
